Baromedical is the first Egyptian company specialized in the management and treatment of diving related medical disorders including Decompression Sickness (DCS) and Arterial Gas Embolism (AGE).
Baromedical Launched its first Hyperbaric center in June 2006 in Marsa Shagra area 22 km north of the city of Marsa Alam, the location which covers a range extending from Quseir north all way down to Sudan. Amongst the equipment of the center is a 3 door Recompression chamber manufactured by the associate company Baromed and was produced in February 2006. The center also produces annual medical fitness certificates and supplies a wide range of internal and general medicine services including a minor trauma location.

The medical team is standing by 24/7 ever since the center was opened and has successfully handled hundreds of diving and non-diving related incidents.
